Well, we ended the year 2001 with a bang. Three of the BEST BANDS in this MetroMess of ours - The Old 97s, Brave Combo and Eleven Hundred Springs - three nights in a row of Great Music, Great Crowds and Great Fun at the Sons of Hermann Hall. And then we kicked off 2002 with more Great Local Talent - Slobberbone , followed by One of the Greatest Shows ever at the Sons of Hermann Hall - Kinky Friedman and Billy Joe Shaver.
You may wonder - "How could it possibly get any better that THAT ? !!!" - and the year is barely a week old yet !
