GREEZY WHEELS
One of the greatest bands you never heard in your life, unless you live in Austin or New York City, as they've played there too. GREEZY WHEELS is led by Cleve Hattersley and his incredibly talented wife, Sweet Mary, along with Cleve's sister Lissa. A more creative trio you'll never find. Formed in the '70s, the WHEELS were the house band for the infamous Armadillo World Headquarters and headlined or opened first Austin gigs for everyone from the Flying Burrito Bros. to Frank Zappa. They practically owned the stage at the legendary Lone Star Cafe in New York City. Then, the hiatus began. It wasn't supposed to last 25 years.DOORS: 7PM SHOW 9PM ~ $10 Advance tickets $10 At the door.

PETE ANDERSON
Most folks remember PETE ANDERSON as the guitar-slingin' sidekick and producer of all Dwight Yoakim's early career, and the architect of Yoakim's distinct Bakersfield-Twang Sound. Now the proprietor of California's Little Dog Records he continues to discover and mentor new talent and record them as well as his own occasional CD, which is the cause for this stop in Texas to celebrate and share his slick-pickin' talent with us.

RAYLAND BAXTER
We were pleasantly surprised when we first heard Rayland Baxter, opening for The Civil Wars back in July at the Texas Theatre before a sold-out room. A pleasant surprise for everyone, this tall handsome troubador is the son of world famous Nashville pedal steel wiz, Bucky Baxter (Steve Earle & The Dukes original line-up and also a part of the original back-up to Bob Dylan's current Never-Ending Tour), and as such literally grew up at the feet of the masters and inevitably "soaked it all in". You can hear it in his songs and stories tonight.DOORS: 5PM SHOW 9:30PM ~ $10 Advance tickets $10 At the door.
Enjoy every Sandwich.- Warren Zevon on The Late Show with David Letterman 10/30/02
![]() Backstage with PAUL SIMON at the Verizon Center, Friday October 28, 2011.
It goes without saying that Paul Simon would put on a spectacular show, have an incredible band of musicians, do a great mix of new and old hits, and was as charming as could be on stage. We've grown to expect as much but he was the sweetest guy to me and my friends after the show, it was unreal. Thanks to Edie for arranging this opportunity for us to meet a true legend and icon of American Songwriting.

Come on OUT ! ... SEE & HEAR some GREAT Live Music.-mike
