The AllGood Cafe revamps its menu, for the good

The AllGood Cafe turns out flavor-packed sandwiches, such as this grilled cheese with green chiles, which fuses pepperjack and cheddar with roasted peppers, sliced plum tomatoes, and chipotle mayonnaise on sourdough.

At the AllGood Cafe, it’s almost all good

You’ve really got to love the AllGood Cafe. It’s cheerful, eager to please, and just a little goofy. A stalwart in Deep Ellum, the AllGood has been churning out copious breakfasts, plus Southern and Tex-Mex- inflected food, for going on a dozen years now. The place has a distinctly hippieish vibe: Flocks of origami butterflies and cranes hang from the ceiling of the bright, open dining room, whose walls are decorated with old concert posters for Willie Nelson, Leon Russell, and Janis Joplin.
